Pastor Noah and Maddy have been married for 5 years and have 2 kids named Lion + Mila. The Herrin’s ministry background is in young adult ministry and evangelism as they have traveled the world preaching and teaching about Jesus Christ. Today they lead Way Church but also serve churches and organizations around the country that aim to help build the capital C church.
In the Herrin’s free time they can usually be found at the park with their kids, hanging out with people from Way Church or on a quest to find the best sushi spot in Nashville
CONNOR & VICTORIA CRUMPTON | EXECUTIVE PASTORS
Connor and Victoria and their two boys Liam + Ledger, are from the great state of Texas. Connor's background is in systems and church mobilization and he has a huge heart for people and serving the marginalized. Victoria has a passion to disciple and teach the next generation about Jesus and also works as a Real Estate agent in the greater Nashville area.
The Crumpton family took a huge leap of faith in August of 2022 when they moved to Nashville to help start Way Church. They love building community, games and spending time with their boys!
GRANT & CHEYANNE SKELDON | DIRECTORS OF CULTURE
Grant & Cheyanne Skeldon are from Dallas Texas but relocated to Nashville, TN in late 2020. Grant serves as the Next Gen Director for THINQ Media which helps the world navigate the intersection of faith and culture. Cheyanne helps people around the world get healthier spiritually, emotionally and mentally as they pursue what matters most to them. Together, the Skeldon's are some of the most trusted voices in the country on leading the next generation.
When the Skeldon's are not building the Church, you can find them playing spikeball, super smash brothers or eating burgers downtown at Jack Brown's.
